Documentation Connect apps

Other MCP apps

Many AI apps can connect to services through MCP. The labels vary, but the setup is usually short when the app supports both remote servers and browser sign-in.

Check that the app is compatible

In the app's help or settings, look for MCP, Connectors, Tools, or Integrations. It needs to support:

  • a remote or HTTP MCP server, not only a server running on your computer; and
  • browser sign-in, sometimes labelled OAuth.

Connect atode

  1. Choose Add MCP server, Add connector, or the closest equivalent.
  2. Name the connection atode.
  3. Enter https://mcp.atode.dev/mcp as the server address.
  4. Choose browser sign-in if the app offers more than one connection method.
  5. Sign in to atode and approve access in the browser window.
  6. Return to the app and make sure atode is enabled for your conversation.

Try asking:

Show me my recent atode lessons and help me choose one to practise.

If the app does not offer browser sign-in, use the advanced CLI setup. Also check the app's own MCP documentation.

Only connect apps you trust. Disconnect atode from the app when you no longer want it to have access.
