Documentation Connect apps

Kimi

Custom remote MCP connections are not available in every Kimi app or account. First check whether the Kimi app you use has an option to add an MCP server.

If your app offers a custom MCP connection

  1. Open Kimi's Tools, Connectors, or Integrations settings.
  2. Look for Add MCP server or Custom connector.
  3. Name it atode and enter https://mcp.atode.dev/mcp.
  4. Choose browser sign-in or OAuth if Kimi asks how to connect.
  5. Sign in to atode in the browser window and approve access.
  6. Start a new conversation, enable atode in the tools menu, and ask it what you should practise from your latest lesson.

If there is no custom MCP option, that Kimi version cannot currently connect through its normal settings. A technical client that supports remote MCP may instead use the advanced setup.
